THERE IS NO OTHER SIDE! THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DOESN'T DO THIS! WE'RE SO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS!!! I apologize. I should have written and spoke out against this weeks ago. The United States of America is blowing up small boats that "might" be carrying drups. Over sixty people have died who may have been drug runners. How can this happen? We are the greatest country in the history of the world and have the strongest military ever. We can't capture these small boats and put them on trial? We can't give them due process. Life is so pecious. Every life is valuable. Some of these boats may not have even been carrying drugs. We're so much better than this!

THE SHUT DOWN - WHO IS RIGHTEOUS? I have heard that Democrats are to blame for the U.S. Government shut down. But how do they benefit from this? My understanding is that this battle is over the Republicans not contining health insurance subsidies to make it possible for low and medium income people to afford health insurance. Wow! That seems like a noble position to take. I don't see a down side. The alternative is that millions of people will not be able to afford health insurance. Republicans already continued the huge tax cuts for the ultra wealthy. They can't afford health insurance subsidies for the lower incomes? Come on! Democrats are in the right. I just don't see another side to this issue.
